A Soul Under Construction: The Written Word by Kendall Michelle Daigle is a posthumous anthology of work by the young New Orleans-based poet Kendall Daigle (1994-2014). A talented writer prior to her passing, Kendall left behind a considerable body of work, noteworthy not just for its originality of voice and proficiency of skill but as well for its place in the literary history of New Orleans.
Edited by Michelle Daigle, Gabrielle Steib, and Benjamin Morris, designed by Erik Kiesewetter, hand-bound by Yuka Petz, and printed by Constance Publications and the Prolific Group, A Soul Under Construction was published in December 2014.
